As of March 31, 2026, Imeds Global Private Limited reported revenue of Rs 160.32 crore and a net worth of Rs 2,182.83 crore, while Avantel Limited’s revenue was Rs 22,135.23 crore and its net worth was Rs 35,650.45 crore. The merger, designed to rationalize the group structure and improve operational efficiency, will not involve any share exchange and will not alter Avantel’s shareholding pattern, and is being conducted at arm’s length.
